First elected from Ward 2 in March 2009, Emma moved within the Old North End and was elected again in 2010 to represent Ward 3. She is currently a labor organizer at Vermont-NEA, the union for public teachers and support staff. She is the former Director of the Vermont Livable Wage Campaign. She is committed to working people’s issues, women’s issues, and anti-racism work.
